yes, i am an oguri shun fan.
since watching all his dramas esp popular ones: Hanakimi and Hana Yori Dango 1 & 2.
but I haven’t watched any latest dramas except him being Detective Conan.
anyway, i sometimes relax myself with a leave, therefore the official way to apply leave is to fill in the form.
