Wedding Eliyana & Shahabudin

Tahniah buat adikku Eliyana Saliha dengan pasangannya Mohd Shahabudin yang telah menamatkan zaman bujangnya dan mendirikan perkahwinan yang dituntut Rasulullah SAW pada 30April2011 tempoh hari.

Pelbagai persiapan telah dilakukan sepanjang beberapa bulan sebelum majlis kenduri dan semakin hampir semakinlah terasa ketegangan kerana banyak perkara belum settle lagi. Kali ini berjayalah sedikit menjadi part time wedding planner dengan memberi advice dan menolong dekorasi hiasan pengantin.

Kebanyakan preparation gambarnya di dalam ipod, nanti bila ada masa kami upload k.

Apa pun perkara yang telah dilalui, semuanya menjadi pengajaran untuk masa hadapan… InsyaAllah bila Hasif Siddiq adikku nanti lebih mudah sebab jadi pihak lelaki.. Wallahualam

Cereal for nightmeal

Mood sekarang adalah memikirkan dekorasi rumah parents. Why ek?? Sebab my sister is getting married dan syok mahu mencantikkan rumah mak ayah! By the way, hati berdebar2 bila fikir tentang kenduri ni, coz i’m the part time wedding planner haha. Asyik fikir hiasan bilik pengantin, gubahan hantaran, baju, bunga tangan, kek kahwin. Suka sebab boleh bermain2 ngan konsep tema yg dipilih. So the whole april pasti aku jadi sangat sibuk… Takut ok!? macamlah aku yg kahwin lol.

Anyway enough of me, just wanted to update sikit tentang abi yg sedikit sebanyak nampak susuk tubuhnya semakin kecil. Belum sampai tahap yg diidamkan lagi tapi Alhamdulillah dengan menukar sedikit diet harian boleh nampak perubahan. Cara asalnya adalah dengan skip makan malam tp sebab xberjaya jadi kami cuba cara lain. Bagi abi makan cereal Post Selects Banana Nut Crunch

Sebab abi xboleh minum susu putih jadi cereal campur ngan susu coklat uht sejuk. Sedap tapi tekakku lebih suka susu putih. Makan malam2 or siang2 sebagai menggantikan makan malam biasa yg berminyak2. Dah nampak perubahan kt bahagian perutnya and know what; from 75kg dah turun 5kg now 70kg!! Hehe tahniah abi

Dia ada target nak turun lagi berat tu. Teruja nak tempah seluar baru dengan saiz lilit pinggang yg lebih kecil. Hmmm nanti dia dah kurus kenalah berpesan2 kat dia takut plak ada awek lain nak ngorat hehe. Harap2 takdelah :p

My weight?? Huhu dah naik sikit sebab tak strict macam abi. Tak boleh lah tak makan malam nnt gastrik. Asyik makan cupcake je manalah tak naik berat badan kekeke… Now finishing my mom’s diet koko drink, kotlah ada serasi boleh turun 1-2 kg. Who knows?? 

Mahu menghias

Aku suka bila ada mood menghias rumah sebab jarang idea atau mood ni nak datang secara semulajadi. Dia kena ala-ala paksaan lama2 barulah idea tu mencurah atau timbul. Jadi jangan berharap rumahku cantik berhias sebab mmg tanganku ini tidak ada seni menghias rumah.

Hari ini mendapat idea mahu menggubah bunga dengan pasu yang dah lama beli tapi xpernah letak bunga. Takdelah gubah sangat pun. Pergi kedai borong bunga plastik pastu suruh aunty kedai suggest ranting2 ngan bunga yg elok dipadankan. Siap suruh dia bgtau cmane nak susun kat pasu yg kat rumah tu hehe.

Bahan2 yg diperlukan:
- pasu bunga yang panjang
- ranting2 yang panjang
- bunga yang sesuai
- kertas/suratkhabar

Lepas tu masukkan ranting yang panjang2 meninggi tu dulu dalam pasu. Sumbatkan sedikit kertas… Tak perlu span2 bagai ni tips aunty kt kedai bunga tu.

Then susun masukkan bunga satu rendah sikit, bubuh kertas, letak another tangkai bunga level dia tinggi sikit. Bubuh kertas ke dalam pasu supaya tangkai2 tu tak bergerak. Aku guna tiga tangkai yg ada banyak bunga.

Gubah2 bagi elok susunan nya

Akhir sekali letak di tempat yang sesuai 

Itu jelah idea menghias rumah kali ini. Nanti idea datang lagi, aku share lagi.

Car maintenance

I was on my way to course last week when I found out that my car engine warning light appeared.

Me, being a technical person will always feel worried if something like this happen. So during break time, took some time off to send the car to the nearest Proton service.

Sampai saja sana, the technician checked for fault messages and found two. One of them was “pedal – voltage too low”. Refered to his Workshop Manager, the pedal accelerometer had defect. According to him, the pedal is now connected electrically by 6 wires and perhaps was already faulting for some time. Padanlah bila bawak turun bukit, pedal tekan mcm slow motion je.

The total repair cost; spare part RM270 + computer (the need a special device to reset and clear all fault messages) RM60 + labor charge RM30 = RM362. Kopaks duit!! 

Izzuddin bukan jenis yang boleh terus mudah mesra dengan orang… Dia akan melekap kat ummi atau abi dia sampailah dah nak hujung2 orang nak balik barulah dia nak berkawan/bermain dengan org lain termasuk sepupu dia.

Macam semalam di rumah kakak sepupu, Izzuddin kena ambil lebih 30minit kot baru dia nak layan Aleeya. Itu pun Aleeya yang sibuk nak main jugak ngan Izzuddin. Lama2 sikit baru dua2 boleh bermain bersama, masa ni ummi or abi boleh lah relax sikit dan borak2 dengan saudara mara.

Atuk Izzuddin kata dia pemalu… Hehe

A few years back my colleague Ellywirda had introduced me with Everyday Minerals makeup. It was an alternative to all the commercial products that were available at major pharmacies but was not suitable for my sensitive and acne prone skin. At that time the only way to get their foundations was to directly order from the main website that was based in US. So we had to wait for a few weeks before our orders could reach in our hands.

Now Malaysians can’t buy directly from the website but have to go to their resellers. I did go to some websites based in Malaysia but options on EM was so limited, I didn’t order. Last week I came upon a reseller that was based in Singapore. The website was Naturaworks (Naturaworks l read the shipping info and they do post to Malaysia via airmail. I looked at their foundation options and there was all that I wanted, selections of EM types; matte, semi-matte, intensive and original Glo. There was also some trio foundation tester & trio bronzer tester where they send samples of the EM wrapped in paper just for a one application. This allows me an offer within one month to get S$2 off from the actual price. Superb!!

The package was delivered last Monday and by Friday the items arrived in an envelope wrapped in bubble plastic.

I’m sure gonna repeat order soon. This is not a paid advertisement, just giving info where others might be interested 

After gaji dah masuk, sure makan luar kan… So sometimes we get to try various places that were told to have awesome food.

The other night after work, Abi fetched me at the LRT Chempaka and I was very very very hungry. The place was known as Istimewa Wak Tomyam in Ampang which serves mee bandung yg sedap. I was too hungry to try their mee bandung. So we ordered tomyam, lala cili and kerabu perut. Perut kenyang smp balik rumah tidur dulu baru lah boleh bangun balik settlekan diri hehe.

And today we tried another place called the SweetChat located at The Curve. This place already tried with Elly where i had the BBQ meltie cheese set. This time we tried the spaghetti bbq chicken and I had the curry laksa. Yummy 
The tong yuen filling peanuts pun sedap.
